Participate in this study to help us better understand how hormone therapy may be associated with healthy aging in older adults. The study will examine physical health, body composition, metabolism, strength, cardiovascular fitness, immune function, and blood-based biomarkers in adults who use hormone replacement therapy (HRT) or testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), as well as those who do not use hormone therapy.
