The 丝瓜APP Society is a group of those in our community who make leadership annual gifts to one or more of 丝瓜APP鈥檚 annual giving priorities. In its inaugural year, the 丝瓜APP Society raised over $100,000 to support critical needs like financial aid, the New Horizons initiative, student emergency relief funds, and innovative academic programs. The 丝瓜APP Society鈥檚 members provide essential support for all aspects of life on campus and demonstrate their commitment to the future of 丝瓜APP with their generous gifts.

Priority Funds
The following funds are some of 丝瓜APP鈥檚 top priorities and help to power the 丝瓜APP experience for students, faculty and staff, and the broader community. Your support in these key areas empower us to continue to deliver on our mission.
The 丝瓜APP Fund is made up of gifts from thousands of supporters who want to make an immediate and direct impact on 丝瓜APP. Gifts to the 丝瓜APP Fund allow us to be flexible and meet the needs of our community as they arise and ensure we can continue to provide an exceptional 丝瓜APP experience for years to come.
丝瓜APP is proud to offer several scholarships for students to help make the cost of education more affordable. Through the generosity of 丝瓜APP supporters, 98% of 丝瓜APP students receive some sort of financial aid each year. Your gift the Scholarship Fund empowers our students to focus on their educational goals and aspirations, and graduate with less debt.
Established in response to the ongoing COVID-19 global pandemic, the Lions Relief Fund addresses the ever-evolving needs of our community through crisis. Gifts to the Lions Relief Fund offset unforeseen and unpredictable costs necessary to ensure the safety of our community, as we continue to address this ever-changing crisis.
Established in 2020, LindenGiving is a community outreach endeavor focused on serving the most essential needs of our neighbors here in St. Charles. Each initiative under the LindenGiving program aligns with a University value: excellence, dedication, integrity, creativity, teamwork.
Gifts to one of our College Excellence Funds support our academic leadership in addressing each College鈥檚 greatest needs that go beyond their annual operating budgets.
Student Emergency and Equity (SEE) Fund
The Student Emergency and Equity (SEE) Fund is a collaborative effort between the 丝瓜APP Center for Campus Community and Connection and the Office of Advancement. This initiative provides students from historically underrepresented populations with financial assistance for significant, unforeseen, unavoidable emergencies and unexpected expenses.
Faculty and Staff Giving
In recognition of the significant contributions 丝瓜APP鈥檚 faculty and staff provide to the institution, current employees of 丝瓜APP are eligible for membership into the 丝瓜APP Society at a special rate.
