Charitable Solicitation Disclosures
丝瓜APP University donations are solicited by and made to 丝瓜APP Education System, a Missouri nonprofit corporation recognized by the IRS as a tax鈥慹xempt organization described in section 501(c)(3) (EIN: 43鈥�0652649). 丝瓜APP University, LLC is a Missouri limited liability company that is wholly owned by 丝瓜APP Education System and is, thus, treated as a disregarded entity for federal income tax purposes. For federal tax purposes, contributions processed in connection with programs operated by 丝瓜APP University, LLC are treated as contributions to 丝瓜APP Education System. Acknowledgment letters and receipts will be issued by 丝瓜APP Education System on behalf of 丝瓜APP University. Donations to 丝瓜APP University, LLC are treated, for federal tax purposes, as charitable contributions and as permitted by law are tax-deductible.
