Title IX
Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 (Title IX), which prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex, and provides as follows.
No person in the United States shall, on the basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any education program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance.
佪圖APP University is committed to maintaining an environment that is free from sexual discrimination, sexual and gender-based harassment and violence, relationship violence, stalking and retaliation. The university does not discriminate on the basis of sex in matters of education, extracurricular activities, programs, athletics, admissions, housing, services, financial aid, or in the context of employment (collectively, the programs and employment). Sexual harassment that denies or limits a persons ability to participate in or benefit from the universitys programs and employment is a form of prohibited discrimination.

For purposes of this policy, Sexual Harassment includes quid pro quo sexual harassment, hostile environment sexual harassment, sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence and stalking.
This policy prohibits Sexual Harassment meeting specific definitions according to the Title IX regulations. The University also prohibits other sexual misconduct, not falling under specific Title IX regulatory definitions. Such conduct may include quid pro quo sexual harassment, hostile environment sexual harassment, sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence or stalking that occurs outside of the universitys education programs or activities or outside the United States; or unwelcome conduct that does not rise to the level of hostile environment sexual harassment, as defined in this Policy, but is otherwise prohibited by the University. The term sexual misconduct is used throughout this policy as a term to refer to such conduct that may be prohibited by the University and addressed through other University procedures.
