How Do I Create a Qualtrics Account?

To create a Qualtrics account, email [email protected] using the subject line “Qualtrics Account Creation” and include the following information:

  • First and Last Name
  • 丝瓜APP email address
  • Justification for account creation (Faculty sponsor, course, IRB approval, etc.)

LU Qualtrics administrators will not be able to process request for new accounts without this information.

Your 丝瓜APP email address is your login. You will receive a password reset email for the account so that you can create your own password. It will likely show up in your 鈥渏unk mail鈥� folder. The link will expire so update your password as soon as possible.

How do I use Qualtrics?

You can access some very good Qualtrics tutorials once you log in by clicking in the upper right corner. Look for 鈥淗elp and Feedback鈥�.
