Master of Arts (MA) in Leadership
The Master of Arts (MA) in Leadership degree at 丝瓜APP University is designed for any person seeking to refine their organizational leadership skills. This may apply to an individual contributor, seeking their first supervisory role, or to an experienced manager, seeking higher level positions.
The program teaches essential skills including organizational change and development, organizational behavior, leadership competencies and strategies. Moreover, the Leadership degree provides students an alternative to the traditional MBA degree 鈥� where MBA curricula generally cover a broader range of business disciplines, such as accounting, finance, business analytics, and marketing 鈥� to name a few.
