Bridge Scholarships

Bridge Scholarships at Ë¿¹ÏAPP University represent key partnerships that support enrollment of students who complete two years at a local institution and pursue completion of a bachelor’s degree at Ë¿¹ÏAPP University.

Ë¿¹ÏAPP University partners with East Central College and serves as a bridge for students seeking the opportunity to continue their education and complete their four-year degrees.

East Central College graduates will be evaluated for an academic scholarship in several amounts, up to $11,000 annually for full-time traditional undergraduate students. They can also earn $1,000 per year if the student is a member of Phi Theta Kappa. Non- Traditional students can earn $80 off per credit hour for Ë¿¹ÏAPP evening and online undergraduate programs with completion of an associate degree. Qualifying students are also eligible to receive federal and state funds. Ë¿¹ÏAPP scholarships are renewable for up to four years.

To qualify for these scholarships, the student must:

  • Must come directly to Ë¿¹ÏAPP from East Central College within 1 academic year.
  • Traditional undergraduate students must be full-time students at Ë¿¹ÏAPP to receive Bridge Scholarship opportunities.
  • Evening and Online undergraduate students can be part-time students at Ë¿¹ÏAPP to receive Bridge Scholarship opportunities.
  • Must obtain an associate’s degree from East Central College to receive the Bridge Scholarship opportunities.

Ë¿¹ÏAPP University partners with Jefferson College, and serves as a bridge for students seeking the opportunity to continue their education and complete their four-year degree.

Jefferson College graduates will be evaluated for an academic scholarship in several amounts, up to $11,000 annually for full-time traditional undergraduate students. They can also earn $1,000 per year if the student is a member of Phi Theta Kappa. Non-Traditional students can earn $80 off per credit hour for Ë¿¹ÏAPP evening and online undergraduate programs with completion of an associate degree. Qualifying students are also eligible to receive federal and state funds. Ë¿¹ÏAPP scholarships are renewable for up to four years.

St. Louis Community College graduates will be evaluated for an academic scholarship in several amounts, up to $11,000 annually for full-time traditional undergraduate students. They can also earn $1,000 per year if the student is a member of Phi Theta Kappa. Non-Traditional students can earn $80 off per credit hour for Ë¿¹ÏAPP evening and online undergraduate programs with completion of an associate degree. Qualifying students are also eligible to receive federal and state funds. Ë¿¹ÏAPP scholarships are renewable for up to four years.

To qualify for these scholarships, the student must:

  • Come directly to Ë¿¹ÏAPP from St. Louis Community College within one academic year.
  • Traditional undergraduate students must be a full-time student at Ë¿¹ÏAPP to receive Bridge Scholarship opportunities.
  • Evening and Online undergraduate students can be a part-time student at Ë¿¹ÏAPP to receive Bridge Scholarship opportunities.
  • Must obtain an associate degree from St. Louis Community College to receive the Bridge Scholarship opportunities.

For Bridge Transfer Students

Ë¿¹ÏAPP’s academic merit scholarships are awarded at time of admission and are based on a holistic review of a student’s academic profile.  All first-year and transfer applicants admitted to the University will be reviewed for an academic merit award at time of admission. Academic merit is renewable for students who remain in good academic standing.
