Dom joined 丝瓜APP University from Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana, where he served as senior vice president for business affairs and CFO. His experience includes additional roles with the Indiana Commission for Higher Education where he was an assistant vice president, chief procurement officer, and financial analyst.

Dom holds an MBA from Butler University, a bachelor鈥檚 degree from Indiana University, and a Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University. In addition, Dom is involved with DECA Inc., as a volunteer judge and a council member on the Governor鈥檚 Council for People with Disabilities.

Jason Coomer

Jason comes to 丝瓜APP after spending 14 years at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, including the last six years as the Deputy Athletic Director. Prior to his most recent role, he served as Senior Associate Athletic Director from 2012-16. In addition to his administrative duties, Jason was the head coach of the tennis program from 2010-16. Jason鈥檚 passion for athletics began as a student-athlete, extended as a coach, and continues through his tenure in administration.

Mark Falkowski brings to 丝瓜APP extensive experience as a higher education attorney, including previously both in private practice as a member of the higher education practice group for a large national law firm and as in-house and general counsel. He has successfully represented numerous colleges and universities in state and federal courts and in various administrative agency proceedings, including with the United States Department of Education. His legal experience supports all areas of University operations and helps ensure compliance with state and federal laws and regulations applicable to University operations including the ACA, ADA/Section 504, the Clery Act, COBRA, ERISA, FERPA, FLSA, FMLA, HIPAA, Title IV, Title VI, Title VII, and Title IX. He provides day-to-day legal advice to University departments on matters of legal significance and is also responsible for managing outside counsel.

Julee Mitsler has nearly 20 years of experience in higher education and is a proud Past President of the Collegiate Information & Visitor Services Association (CIVSA). She has a strong background in strategic messaging, admissions recruitment, visit and event management, and institutional storytelling. Over her career, she鈥檚 led high-performing teams of talented professional staff and outstanding student employees. In addition, she leads the university鈥檚 communications efforts, oversees crisis and executive communications, and serves as the University Spokesperson. Julee has played a key role in elevating institutional visibility and fostering engagement initiatives in the local market through media engagement and partnership activations. Julee holds a master鈥檚 in strategic communications from High Point University and a bachelor鈥檚 in communication studies from Christopher Newport University..

Diane Moore, EdD

Dr. Diane Moore is the senior vice president for operations and has been in her role since September of 2017. Dr. Moore oversees all campus operations including development and implementation of the procurement process, oversight of Public Safety, Facilities, Housekeeping and Grounds Departments in addition to mailroom, vending and food services. Prior to her current role, she had been assistant vice president for facilities. Dr. Moore has more than 20 years of dedicated experience in financial and facilities management in educational and government institutions. She was assistant superintendent and COO of Webster Groves School District as well as an adjunct instructor at Southwest Baptist University and 丝瓜APP University. She was an account executive at SMART, Inc., a role in which she consulted with school districts and hospitals to design and implement healthcare programs. While at SMART, INC., Dr. Moore developed fiscal studies and revenue projections for school districts to implement state and federal Medicaid programs. In addition to those roles, Moore worked in the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education as the director of desegregation services and, later, assistant to the commissioner of education. She was also a legislative analyst in the Missouri Department of Revenue.

Dr. Sugathan joined 丝瓜APP in January of 2025. He brings previous experience as Assistant Vice Chancellor-Data Management and Analytics at Washington University in St. Louis and industry leadership with Educause as the chair of the Higher Education Chief Data Officers group. Dr. Sugathan earned a bachelor鈥檚 and master鈥檚 degree from Loyola College, University of Madras, India, an MBA from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, and a PhD from University of Missouri-St. Louis.

Dr. Kathi Vosevich, Vice President of Academic Affairs, specializes in Shakespeare and Writing, having earned her PhD in English with distinction from the University of Denver and her MA in English with distinction from St. Louis University, where she also earned her Honors BA in English, graduating summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa. She has more than 12 years of senior administration experience and 17 years of student-celebrated teaching experience, as well as over 150 academic and corporate publications, including a monograph on Joseph Heller (who wrote Catch-22), a scholarly chapter on the education of the Tudor queens in an award-winning collection for Syracuse UP, and an award-winning advanced composition textbook for Simon and Schuster. Vosevich was also selected to be editor of Aletheia (one of the nation鈥檚 few peer-reviewed journals for undergraduate scholarship) after a nationwide search, and she serves on the regional board of the Alpha Chi National Honor Society. With more than a decade of corporate experience with such Fortune 500 companies as Microsoft, Sprint, and Intel, earning multiple marketing and excellence awards, Vosevich brings a winning combination of real experience and real success to 丝瓜APP.
